What is the Chinese zodiac
The Chinese zodiac, called Sheng Xiao, is a repeating 12 year cycle of animal signs. It follows the traditional lunar calendar. A sign is set by the year that begins on Chinese New Year, not always on January 1. This is why January and February births need extra care.
