Excellent for baby monitoring

"We bought the FHD 1080p version. The clarity of the monitor and the features it has are great. The battery lasts for many hours, and the connection with the cameras is flawless. It was one of our best buys for our twins. Recommended for the ease and the features it provides. The monitors provide a very good resolution in the day and also at night with the night vision feature. The 2X zoom level is also a welcome feature. Note that it is a digital zoom, so a loss of resolution will take place."

"Ordered a new product received a used peoduct. I have comtacted them through email yeice opemed tickets to solve my problem even called numerous times bit nonone answers EVER!!!! Worst customer service ever. Would not recommend or buy from them."

"This baby monitor with split-screen functionality works perfectly. The video quality is clear, the connection is stable, and the split-screen feature makes it incredibly easy to keep an eye on multiple areas at the same time. I’ve also contacted customer service twice already, and I’m genuinely impressed. They were extremely helpful and responsive. It’s rare to come across such dedicated and friendly support these days. Good Customer Service but Monitors Are MEH

"The monitors are a bit dysfunctional in our experience but the camera itself works well and we've had good experience with customer service. The first monitor we had, the back stand broke. We were able to get it replaced with a new monitor under warranty. Then, the second monitor's screen went black randomly. Thankfully, we were able to get it replaced again under warranty. Customer service is easy to work with and they replaced both our dysfunctional cameras pretty quickly so we definitely appreciate that!"

Great Baby Monitor

"This is our second baby monitor having had the leapfrog for our first child. I’ve owned it about 1 month now and so far so good. Head and shoulders better than the leapfrog monitor we owned. Picture quality is great and love that camera is adjustable. One thing I would say is that you will need an adjustable mount if you want to use the camera straight above. We got one on Amazon but I was surprised that baby sense didn’t sell one."

Happy with product but needs very minor alteration

"Really great product, clear visuals and the night light function is great. My only slight pet peeve with this is to do with the monitor. When on, there is a green light that is permanently on. Which isn’t an issue during the day but at night it is way too bright consider most people will be keeping this on their bedside table. It would ideal if this light could be turned off!"

"I don't normally write reviews, but I assume since this is my second one I'm buying that I should finally write a review, so here it goes. I have tried three different brands of baby monitors including this one. I got the baby sense for the first time over 3 years ago after the first brand had issues after 6 months and I didn't really like it anyways. The parent unit finally died on the babysense after 3y of abuse. I was not patient enough to do another order so I ran down to a big box store and bought a comparable VTech two baby camera kit. Oh boy was I wrong and mad. Not only did it force me to connect to Wi-Fi even though it said it worked direct connect, but the quality was just awful at the same price point. Plus I don't like baby monitors forcing to be on Wi-Fi or being smart because after working in tech for over a decade they're not safe. So I ended up buying another baby sense pro with two cameras. Got it delivered in 2 days, out of the box worked great. Super easy to pair. The other two cameras that I had from the last one paired up to the new parent unit so quick and easy. So now I have four cameras versus two and I couldn't be happier. Get this one - Great video quality. Great sound reaction. Great distance. The cameras work well. Move well. Easy to pair. Clearly easy to expand. AND it's a closed system, no Wi-Fi or app needed so it is SAFE. 10/10 recommend."
