"I know this is an older model from Babysense, but we LOVE this brand. The products are of good quality, and while we've had some issues with the camera and the parent unit (camera - power issue, parent unit - battery issue), their customer service is second to none. They're responsive and resolve the issue by any means necessary. They really stand by their product, and for that, I'm giving them 5 stars. We appreciate their customer care."
