"We love love love this brand baby monitor. We have 2 kids and love the option to split the screen and have it move to each boys' room simultaneously. It also has the option to link up to 4 cameras. Only complaint is our first one stopped lasting as long before it needed be charged after alittle over a year. But we purchased a new one recently and it's working great. Highly recommend"

Replacement Parent Unit

"Our parent unit got damaged when traveling. So we needed a new parent unit. I reached out to the people at BabySense and they offered me a deal on a replacement parent unit. Will this Babysense 5.5” 1080p Full HD Split-Screen Baby Monitor work as a second or additional monitor, or a third? If not what product do you offer that will accomplish this?
On all our monitors you can pair up to 4 cameras with one parent unit. You however cannot pair 1 camera to multiple parent units.
Does this monitor detect sound when on both screens? Looking for a monitor that will pick up sound in either room without having it be set on that specific room
You can place the monitor into SCAN and VOX Mode, so that the monitor reactivates on whichever cameras generates sound. When using the VOX function, the sound and video transmission will stop (standby mode) if the Baby Unit does not register any sound within 30 seconds. While in standby mode, the LCD screen turns off. Once the Baby Unit registers a sound, louder than the set sensitivity level, it will automatically start transmitting the signal (sound and video) to the Parent Unit and the LCD screen will turn on.
Can i buy two parent units for the same camera? i’m wondering if mom and dad can each have a unit for 2 cameras in different rooms using the same channel
A camera cannot be paired to more than 1 parent unit at a time. You can pair up to 4 cameras to one parent unit. The monitor is supplied with 1 or 2 cameras. You can buy additional add-on cameras and pair them to the same parent unit.
