"I’ve been using the babysense pro for about two months now and I am very happy with it. The thing I like best about the monitor is it is an all in one system. So when we travel we don’t have to take the sound machine, lights, the camera, and worry about how to get the WiFi connected and set up. We grab one camera for each kid and that’s all we need. Right when we arrive the cameras are right there and ready to work too. So easy! So simple! Can’t ask for more."
"The product was purchased online in Germany and we are from RSA. I could not find the same product in RSA that was providing me with all the essentials for 2 kids and having the knowledge that I will be able to see both at the same time. I am so glad I made this purchase. Amazing product, camera quality is very good and the battery life of the monitor is quite good as well. Image is amazing and very good."
"We love this camera. It gave me so much peace at night. We have used it for over 2 years. The night light has been great now with a toddler who gets scared at night. Customer service has been top notch the entire time."
"Works brilliantly, good quality screen image and decent sound. I wish we could turn the little lights off at night tbh but still giving it 5 as it does work really well."
"Since Having our monitor i have felt comfortable letting him sleep in his bassinet while i hang out the washing or eat a meal instead of being in the room with him for the whole day, and he gets a peaceful nap without interuptions from our dog. The screen clarity is great in both modes and the options for songs and light colours are good too abd actually help him get off to sleep. Over all very happy with our babysense monitor."
"Colleen was amazing. They saw the problem and helped me quickly and directly. Can't say thank you enough on how easy this was made and how quickly she got it taken care of. An absolutely wonderful person setting great expectations for a wonderful company. The hardware works perfect, but when we had an issue they were willing to go above and beyond."
"So I left a review saying how the monitor was better than the one I had before but didn’t keep battery as long as I expected it to. They reached out to me after seeing my review and offered to send me a replacement. I thought that was awesome!!!! I’d give 4/5 stars, customer service is amazing but the replacement I got also didn’t have a great battery life unless I just have high expectations. Either way, way better than what I did have and customer service was fantastic!"
"We had a few issues with our first parent monitor (completely died), and then our second one said there was an issue with the battery. Every time I have contacted them due to an issue, they responded quickly and with kindness. Both times they replaced the parent monitor. Their customer service is fantastic! I would buy this brand again just because of how they take care of their customers. We also love the duel camera view. It’s great to be able to flip between both kids rooms."
"Very easy to use and works a good distance."
"We experienced an issue with our monitor that warned that the battery was bad. In addition, the unit would randomly shut off despite being fully charged. After discussion with customer service, I was pleased that Ravit sent a replacement unit which is working perfectly. We love the dual camera for our twins."
Multiple cameras, which are monitored through a single parent unit, allows you to watch two children or more without switching between screens or devices. Split-Screen functionality allows you to see both children at once, allowing you to be in 3 places at once! It eliminates the worry that the baby is not being seen while checking in on your toddler.
IMPORTANT: 2 Cameras are only available if you purchase 2 Cameras Variant! You can also purchase 1 Camera Variant and later get an add-on camera (up to 4 cameras can be pared to the same parent unit - screen).
A non-WiFi monitor is very difficult to hack as it uses frequency hopping spectrum (FHSS). Plus, non-WiFi means you'll never have to worry about finding a hotspot. Some monitors use a WiFi connection, which becomes problematic because they rely on the quality and strength of existing networks to function properly.
The monitor is straight forward with a simple plug-and-play design. It has an easy and intuitive menu, with simple processes to activate the various high-end features.
